Willa May. Three months. May 2008.
Our herb bed is settling in nicely. Sages, thyme, chives, parsley, lovage, lavender, echinacea, butterfly bushes, calendula, oregano, St. John's Wort, rosemary and yarrow.
The wildflower patch is offering up alyssum and poppies these days.
Back to work. New schedule. Willa milestones everyday. Perfecting my "A-goo" to get the ultimate Willa smile that I eventually tuck away in my brain to revisit during the work-a-day hours. Evening walks. Sugar Hollow hikes and the bracing cold of the Moormans River. The smell of privet, earth, blackberry blossoms. Ice cream of every texture and flavor. Thunderstorms.

Container garden morning glories have sprung up from their seeds. The snap peas are ready for harvesting and the pole beans have started their journey up the pea trellis.

I have been patiently waiting for a photo of Willa- it has been worth the wait- she is unbelievable- what a great shot.
Deep breathing and many tears - its hard, I am so sorry - we out of the home working moms feel you.
What a beauty Willa is! Those eyes! Enjoy this sweet time. You have the rest of your life to blog. (Not that we don't all miss it, of course.) :o)
