Seed Starting - Part III. The Seedlings Forgive and Thrive.
I have almost no idea how or when this turn-around occurred. But there they are. Growing and what-not. What resilience! What fortitude!
I did put the egg-crate seedlings in a larger tray with more soil - that seemed to make a world of difference. The roots had nowhere to go - in the original shallow egg-crate 'pots.'
Plus, I stopped hovering and fluttering about and around the little guys. My relationship with them needs to be more subtle and zen than anything else. Light, soil, air circulation and a bit of thinning.
Next: Transplanting. Eeeek!
