Left to right: Chocolate Mint, Kentucky Mint, Herbal Tea and English Tea. The mints are from my garden and I just poured hot water over them and let them steep. The herbal and English teas were put in the sun for a few hours. A bit of honey and lemon was added to each.
*Leora told me about the quart jars at our local supermarket and about making iced chocolate mint tea. What would I do without her?!
